I have an 18 seer high end heat pump with a comfortnet communicating thermostat. After having one of the larger heating and air companies make 3 repairs at a cost of over $1300, and set me up for more paid repairs, I called Roy Rogers. I gave them a rundown of the history, and they came out and rather than guess at what it needed, did a complete diagnosis of the system and found two easily correctable issues with the system. I usually don't right these, but this company deserves to be recognized. Their service was great (they came out within an hour of my calling), the repairman was extremely professional, and they were very honest. The repairman even went as far as explaining everything he was checking just so I would feel at ease. Turned out that I had a squirrel stuck in my exhaust vent! Bummer! The technician removed the squirrel at no additional charge and it only costs me a service call. This is a great company that I will always recommend... read more
I am writing to bear witness to an extremely wonderful job done by Mr. Roy Rogers! I had called another company first, (who shall remain nameless, although very well known) and they couldn't come out for about 18 to 24 hours, and it was extremely cold out, temperatures in the single digits and wind-chill below 0! First time I called thanks for all the reviews they were helpful. Roy was very nice explained everything he found a spider web clogging my tube going into furnace he fixed did carbon test also...Thanks Roy...I will be calling again for him to come out and clean furnace next time...I would recommend him to everyone. TODAY WAS THE SECOND TIME THIS YEAR I NEEDED TO CALL ROY FOR SERVICE. AGAIN THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT, EXCELLENT AND REASONABLY PRICED. I WOULD RECOMMEND ROY TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS.
Roy was very prompt, thorough, and informative. In addition to servicing our furnace for the winter, he recommended we install a digital thermostat since our thermostat was old, and he explained ways we could keep our home at a more consistent temperature. We were very pleased with his service!

Called Roy Sunday night and he would have been out that night, but I was fine waiting until Monday. He arrived ahead of schedule and began troubleshooting, didn't mind me standing over his shoulder, and in fact encouraged that i know everything he is doing. After determining what i feared most, compressor failure, Roy gave me options, with associated costs and risks of each and in no way tried to convince me that I spend more money or sell me more than what i needed.
