Our old heating & air system gave up the ghost after limping along for a while. Roy was kind enough to come out quickly and get a new Trane system installed within a few days. He went above and beyond in the installation, providing the kind of service that you love to see but rarely get with other companies.
My 92 yr old Mom had something alive in her furnace. You could hear it and it was quite scary. I called Roy and he came right over( I had called another 24 hr company, got vm and they never called back). Initially we thought it was a bird in the furnace. Roy discovered a injured squirrel. He removed him and laid him safe under the shed so it could heal. What a guy! Got the heat back on, all for a small price! I will call only him from now on, for all our furnace and air conditioning needs!
Roy Rogers Heating & Air went out of there way to get our 17 year old Trane Furnance in the best shape possible for Winter. He even came out on a Sunday within just a few hours of our initial phone call. I was not expecting to get an answer on a Sunday morning, but Roy himself answered and serviced our unit. He replaced our blower motor, squirrel cage and a few other parts and cleaned our system for $700. Anywhere else this same service would have cost double. Thank you Roy Rogers Heating * Air.
Let me begin by informing everyone that I have a brand new home, which means a brand new system. During the winter I was receiving extremely high electricity bills that I was having a hard time paying. I then contacted Airtron the system installers who came out and informed me that my brand new system has gone bad, the compressor is no longer in operation and it was going to cost me $1200 to fix. that was the worst news ever. I should have written this review 2 weeks ago. Roy Rogers Heating & Air provides great services. Both Jason (Roy's nephew) & Roy were present and discussed with me what's the best for my heating needs. During this maintenance service, they found a broken wire which resulted only half of the heating was operating and fixed it without charging extra. They were prompt, professional, provided 5-Star services at reasonable price! I am very happy to have found them and they are my H/C custodian from now on. Thank you Jason & Roy.
I would like to thank Roy for a fantastic job. He not only came out & repaired my furnace, he gave me some good advice on heating my home. Dont waste your time calling the big companies that pop up first on google. They are all over priced. Roy Rogers LLC is the complete package. Roy personally came out not even two hours after I called him. He and his partner had a new furnace and condenser unit put in that week. Installed PERFECTLY! I got 4 estimates and Roys was the lowest by far. He went the extra mile in coming back the next day to make sure everything worked ok.
