Roy was very patient with all of the questions I asked prior to even setting up an appointment ! He arrived exactly when he said he would and allowed me to observe the whole repair of my furnace- describing in detail what he was doing and why it was necessary. We had a great experience with both Roy and his employee Wes. They fixed the issue with our A/C unit on the same day we called them out. And the customer service aspect was fantastic! They were compassionate and caring, and Roy really wanted to make sure the job was done right. We would recommend to anyone for sure!
I met Roy for the first time at the Indianapolis Home Show about 18 months ago. I asked a few questions and he gave me straightforward answers. I recently needed service on my home AC on a weekend. Roy came on a Saturday morning and had my AC running well in less than 1 hour. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it in a way that I easily understood. I'll call him again when needed and recommend him to others.
The best! I have tried 4 other HVAC companies in the last 2 years. Roy was the most honest and carrying ,times 10. He spent over an hour after the install, making sure everything worked right. He even offered tips on how to make our second unit more efficient. I will suggest this company to everybody I know.
The Ac on a house I just purchased was not working properly. I searched for a close repair person based on positive reviews. I called Mr. Rogers and he got me scheduled. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He went straight to my problems, gave me a quote and went straight to work. Had us up and running in no time. He's coming g back to service my furnace for the winter. I have recommended him to my family and friends.
We had to get a new air handler and heat pump. They came Monday night for an estimate and were able to install it Thursday. They were very professional and You can tell they rally care about their customers and they also stand behind their work and the product they installed. I know if I have any problems I can call them. They made sure not to make a mess in our house and cleaned up everything. My mother had her heating and air conditioner replaced not to long ago. Roy and his team were very respectful and got the job done quickly. He explained what needed to be done and gave her a nice price for both units. We were in Indy from out of town as exhibitors in a trade show at the fairgrounds and we rented a house through VRBO. When we arrive at the house at the end of the day we found the heating in the house was not working, (just blowing cold air). After contacting the property manager regarding the issue, they contacted Roy Rogers and he arrived at the house at the appointed time. I live out of state and my mothers furnace broke down. She ended up calling another company and they gave her an outrageous quote for a new furnace and she agreed to have it installed the next day.
