Sitting here listening to my furnace purr like a kitten...Thank you Roy for getting us ready for another Indy winter. I would highly recommend calling Roy because he takes time to explain everything and doesn't try to overcharge. You can tell he is passionate about taking care of the customer and you feel like you're talking to a friend of the family. I am very pleased with this company as Roy was reliable, punctual, and very repectful in my home. Roy not only was extremely informative, and attetive to his job. He took the time to ensure that there was no mess left behind and that I understood how the new unit worked as he was to completely replace an old furnace. 5 stars given and would recommend this company to everyone.

I contacted Roy after having a large, commercial vendor take a look at our failed A/C. Roy actually spent time looking at our system before offering us some options, as opposed to the commercial response of, "It doesn't work? It's more than 10 years old? No point in looking at the unit, I will have the sales staff contact you about a new HVAC. Oh, and here's our service fee for coming out to your house to tell you that." "Roy Rogers Heating and Air Specialist is the one to call when you have any kind of air conditioning/heating vent problems. Normally when there are vent problems, nothing else except the vent is involved. However, in our case, the problem was a little unusual since there was actually a cat inside of the vent. The cat had lifted the cover of the vent and had gone into the vent and was stuck in the vent! We were in a panic. Very dependable, honest, nice guy. I called him after our usual repairman gave us 3 different reasons our air conditioner quit working after it had already been a week since I called them. Roy came when he said he would and within an hour and a half he had diagnosed the problem, drove back to the shop to get the part and had it fixed. We're so happy and intend to keep him now as the first one we call! Cost was reasonable too!

We've had on going AC problems for 2 seasons now. I had several different companies do diagnosis with different answers. enough was enough I started a new search for the answer. I found Roy Rogers add in the YP on my lap top also others that I've heard or have seen adds for but wasn't really comfortable with so I did the call and Roy answered the call.
