My air conditioner went out this past Saturday night. It was a very hot weekend. I called Roy Rogers HVAC Sunday figuring I might be able to get an early week appointment. Instead Roy made it to my home on Sunday and quickly repaired the problem. I was very pleased with the service I recieved and would call him again for service.
Called for an emergency appt. and got a quick response and prompt service. Roy himself showed up for the service call. Walked me through and showed where the problems existed. Would recommend to anyone in need of service.
Called Roy at 11:30 with air condition not working. By 3:30 even with parts needed all my problems where taken care of. Nothing but true Professionalism from he and his crew.
The house I recently purchased had the central air unit replaced by the prior owner just a few weeks before I moved in. Four weeks later, the AC failed, the coil was ice covered. What does Quality in Service mean these days? When was the last time a service tech left your home and you said "I really trust that guy!"? Roy hasn't forgotten what Quality in Service means. I needed a new AC and Furnace in my home. I had called several companies to give me quotes, but after I met Roy, I canceled the other quotes. Roy had the best price and more important, I felt he was being honest and professional with me. He told me exactly what really did and did not need done. Roy and his staff made me feel like a VIP!
Their willingness to work with you with cost and explaining the diagnosis is great. Saved us a lot of money. Will use again.
Hello All, My night started out with frozen ice completely covering my A\C condenser. I work night shift and was very anxious to get home to find someone to repair it then I was pulled over by the police for speeding !
