Roy Rogers Heating and Air is a truly awesome company. I just had them put in a new furnace (ancient one I had finally gave out), and duct system. Roy is honest, reasonable and holds to his word. If you have heating or air needs Roy is the only number you will need, or should call. Great guy, great business, and great crew. Everyone of his employees were kind, honest and genuinely pleasant people. Only wish there were more stars to give in this review.
After reading the reviews on YP I contacted Roy to look at my furnace to respond to a home inspection review. He was very through about the condition of the furnace and water heater venting. I would highly recommend Roy for service and if you want a reasonable quote on a new system. He didn't just say you need a new furnace. He goes over everything with you and lets you know what is the condition of your equipment is. I agree with the majority of the other reviewers - 5 star service!
Finally found a heating and air company that I can trust Excellent and honest took the time to explain what was wrong and explained my options
If you need service, there is no other contractor in my book other than Roy Rogers Heating and Air. I had them out right before winter and they found a real mess of wiring issues which prevented our heater from working. This winter has been really nice to live through and our heating bill has been incredibly low because of their work. I will be having them out in the Springtime to get my A/C working.
I heard about Roy from my wife's friend and called him mid afternoon. They came to my house, diagnosed the problem, went to pick up the parts and had my heat back on all within 1 hour 45 minutes. Roy is very was very honest, and took the time to explain what he was doing and what I should do moving forward relative to heating my house to save money. His price was very reasonable too!! Thank You Roy!

very professional and curtious! I called this morning expecting at some point today maybe even tomorrow someone would be out to look at my heater. He was here in 10 minutes! That's amazing! He could have put me at the bottom of the list but he was in the area and came right out! He made me feel really so comfortable, he explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. I am very very happy today after not having a working furnace for over a year I called Roy Rogers Heating and Air and he was at my door within an hour and heat was on within 30 mins and is still running. I was amazed at the affordable cost, the explanation on how the furnace worked and why it didnt work along with a great price quote for a new one which i will be needing real soon.
