Answered my call quickly. Very professional. after call the company that installed our furnace (leaving message 6 am and 10 am with no response) I called Roy Rogers and got a response within a short time. Let me know when he would arrive and did repair explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. We felt very comfortable with this company and will recommend them to anyone. The company is a glowing example of quality and good service. They arrived as promised at 9.00 am. Dressed in company uniform and driving company trucks with logo. They were courteous, informative and worked meticulously. Roy, Brad and Mike showed great respect and care for our property not just inside but outside as well. I am writing a note of Thanks to Roy for his help with my 3 year old Heat Pump. I found over a weekend my heat pump had iced up, I didn't think this was normal so a friend suggested I call Roy from Roy Roger Heating & Air. When I called him he had told me to put it on emergency heat until someone could look at it. I had already called the company that sold and installed my units and they would be out on Monday. Mr Rogers is fantastic. Installed my new a.c. unit and I couldn't be happier. It works great, is more energy efficient, less noisy. In fact I can hardly tell it's running. My old unit sounded like a plane or train. The trans he installed is whisper quiet. Mr Rogers himself is a reliable and knowledgeable person. Absolutely the best! After trying two other companies we have chosen Roy Rogers Heating and Air as our HVAC company. If Roy Rogers is not your HVAC company, you need to re-think the possibilities. Roy and his team just installed my new HVAC system and did an incredible job. My old unit (14 years) was on its last leg, we decided to just upgrade to new higher efficiency system instead of making costly repairs to the old one.
