I was in las vegas when my tenant called to tell me the furnace had quit....what to do? I looked up H & A/C Indianapolis and came across (amoung others) Roy Rogers and saw the reviews.....they sounded to good to be true. But I looked over a lot of them and saw that they were original and detailed. So I called them and withing an hour he was on his way, the only thing that stopped him was my tenant who wanted to wait til morning. They were timely, neat, and reasonably priced. Roy explained everything he did and made suggestions on what to do to keep our furnace in good repair. Friendly.
Roy does something that I have never seen any contractor do, whether in HVAC or another service area... He actually attempts to figure out why the part failed/service call was necessary in the first place. This way the new part doesn't need replaced in the near future. He is fair in his pricing and does excellent work.
Roy was amazing I called him on Thursday and he returned my call at around 9:00 PM. He came out on Friday and was able to determine what was wrong with my system within 15 minutes. He also was able to look at the system as a whole and make some maintainence recommendations. We scheduled a follow up to fix the rest for 1 week out. Over the night the system failed agian a Roy came out Saturday morning and replaced all the need parts. He also gave use a very good value for what was need.
