Roy Rogers is the best!! After two other company's inspected my AC I was told I needed a bigger AC unit and A-coil. Roy took the time to properly inspect and diagnose the problem. After getting into my crawlspace he discovered the whole bootom of the duct-work was rusted out and most of the cool air was going directy into the crawlspace. He was back on saturday to fix the problem with no extra charges, Wow it feels cool in here. Thanks, Roy Rogers!!!!
I would recommend Roy Rogers to everyone! I am confident in his knowledge and honesty. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure my unit was in good working order above what the job required. His charges are very reasonable. It was a blessing to find him! I plan to call on him for regular maintenance.
What a fantastic businessman Roy is! He made sure to call and let me know exactly what time he would be here...and he was early! Walked me thru everything he was doing and told me some things that I need to do in the future. Great rates...no highway robbery with him! Will definitely be using him again for all our heating and air services.
Roy and his assistant came to our house to repair our air conditioner. They quickly diagnosed the problem. While his assistant was replacing the capacitor in the compressor unit, Roy took the time to educate me on the different components of the heating and cooling system. I can not say enough about the service Roy provided, One of the big named companies told us we would need to completely replace or system and Roy fixed it at a fraction of the cost. Will call Roy for any other heating and air service if needed.
Roy was very accommodating with the scheduling process. He was punctual in his arrival, and promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my ac unit. All the while thoroughly explaining what he was doing and why. Even more impressive was the final bill (after a return trip with parts), which was comparable to most companies "diagnostic" fee alone. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience, and will not hesitate to call Roy Rogers for any future hvac needs I may have.
I was having problems with my ac for over a month. With the temperatures reaching near and over 100s lately I had to get it fixed ASAP. I called Roy and he scheduled me in as soon as he could. My air conditioning went out during the 100 plus degree weather and called Roy Rogers on a Saturday morning. Despite his very busy day, he came out the same day to fix it. This is the second time I have used him in less than a month. The previous visit I had many different problems going on and he spent a lot of time at the house. With temps above 100 degrees, I needed someone to come immediately to fix my AC. I called Roy Rogers and he came out at 10:00p.m. when nobody else would and did not charge any overtime rates. My AC was running like new in no time. I am now comfortable inside my house. I was extremely happy to have someone affordable, reliable, and honest.
