Roy was very enthusiastic on providing me technical information about my A/C problem. These guys are seasoned veterans and very much familiar the HAVC field, as I discovered after drilling them with questions. Roy Rogers is the best. I called him in the morning, assuming the inevitable, i need a new air conditioner costing thousands of dollars. Roy showed up early that afternoon. I have a thirty year old unit. I do need a new one. But I've recently lost my job and cant afford one. Roy had another idea. We checked for leaks and made a quick fill of refrigerant. Roy saved me thousands of dollars now and gave me a fair quote for my inevitable replacement unit. I HIGHLY recommend Roy Rogers! Cool guys too!
I've called Roy for a few different jobs. Last year, he installed a battery back up to our sump pump. Last month, he did the AC tune up and now he's replacing our water heater. I have a stack of his cards and I hand them out to people who I hear need some work. His number is in my phone. Put it in yours.
Before you have an expensive replacements done for your heating/cooling system, please get an opinion from ROY ROGERS. I had been told by two companies that my 8 year old system needed complete replacement, and it was not worth it to spend any more money on fixing it. I would highly recommend Roy. He is more concerned about developing a long term business relationship than making a quick buck. He mistakenly under qouted me on a part, but stuck with his original qoute. I can attest that he is truly passionate about his work.
Roy was wonderful, he came right out to fix my problem (minor it turned out) and did a great job, gave me a great price and was very nice to work with. He even found out that the part I needed was under warranty, and gave me a better price because of that. I would use, and will, use him again in a heartbeat. I found my "heating and AC" guy for sure.
I recommend calling Roy! He called me back within 30 minutes even though it was about 10:45 pm. The other guy who said they were 24/7 didn't even call me back the next day or week for that matter. I was frank with him, and he handled my situation quickly, honestly and fairly. He could of taken advantage of the situation, but did not. I like Roy!
I never turn the air on until June first, but with this amazing Spring I couldn't take the upstairs heat any more. When I turned on the air it did not cool down the house. I called several heating and air companies all of which wanted to replace my air conditioner and heating units for fees ranging from $5200 to $7200.
