I highly recommend Roy Rogers Heating and Air. Roy was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We thought we had fixed the problem, and just before Roy was about to leave, we discovered that my furnace was in worse shape that previously thought. Roy quoted me a fair price on a new furnace, with no pressure. I will be calling Roy Rogers Heating and Air whenever I need HVAC service. Thanks, Roy!
EXCELLENT service. I called around 6:00 pm on a Saturday completely worried because I realized the heat had not been working all day. We have a newborn baby at home with health issues and January is not a month to be without heat. He was at our home within the hour.... pulled a dead bird out, fixed everything, and even gave us some tips for future service so we wouldn't have the same problem again. Because of fast, efficient, friendly service, my baby and I were warm and snuggly that night.
Roy Rogers is honest, knowledgeable and fair. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had another company out prior and they wanted to sell me $11,000 worth of new equipment. Roy Rogers serviced and cleaned my system for a service call fee. Also, fixed my dehumidifier for winter months quickly and easily. I will not use another company unless Roy Rogers tells me to. We first had Roy out in March 2011. Airtron had been out the week before and told us we needed a whole new HVAC unit. We were considering their recommendation when a friend mentioned Roy. I'm so glad we called him. He cleaned the coils so thoroughly, the inside of the unit looked almost new. He takes a lot of pride in his work and is a very honest businessman. He knows a lot of this business he came to my house and knew exactly what was wrong with it, I had no heat for two days he came here told me what was wrong with it and fixed it right away. He wasn't trying to rip me off even though he knew I didn't no anything about this business . He is not like other business that tries to take advantage of you and lied to make more money. I'm very thank full and I will definitely recommend his business to any body.
I am very gracious to have Roy Rogers as my HVAC technician. I am a single mother and he is very affordable, as well as courteous to all. Roy Rogers was a blessing to have come to my home and service my furnace and water heater. I was referred to him by a friend and I am ecstatic that I had the pleasure of utilizing his expertise.
