My cooling unit went down last night. Today around 12pm I called roy to service my unit he showed around 3pm and quickly got to work and not only did he do that he took extra step to make sure is job was done greatly and all for a great price as well I will call him any I have a problem with my unit.

This is a very good buisness if you need your heating and air done right!!! They are always on time and the are lisceneds and bonded Very well mannered and if you want the job done right and no problems later CALL THEM ROY ROGERS HEATING AND AIR located out of indianapolis you can find them in the yellow pages !!! Found out AC was out at 9pm on Friday night. I knew we were in for a HOT weekend so I immediately started calling three of the well known heating and air companies in Indianapolis. None of them answered their emergency lines. I went on craigslist and read the review for Roy Rogers and called him. He answered and was at the home at 8am on Saturday. All of the positive reviews are TRUE! Called @ 1:45 on a 90 plus day and he was there by 7pm with a temporary fix done by 7:30 on a very old air system and he still had two others appointments to see after us. He was back two days later to do the permanent fix. Very Happy with the service and the rates. Will definitely use this company in the furture. Found our goto heating and air company with Roy. Roy came to our rescue on a 96 deg ( 113 with heat index ) day. He responded promptly and arrived within 2 hours even though I was a first time customer. He made a diagnosis and worked with me to allow for a second opinion with the company we have been with for 17 years ---- they installed all our equipment and serviced them over the years. Hi, I would like to thank Roy for a great job on fixing my AC unit. Roy had to come to my place twice due to him not having access to the rooftop unit (my fault), and he was at my place within a couple of hours the very same day without notice both times!! He did not charge me a second service charge. The second time around, he had access to the condenser on the rooftop, and got the job done right! My loft is now ice cold just the way i like it. Used service in June. Had been told by two larger companies that a/c unit was unable to be fixed and would need to be replaced for the bargain prices of $5000-$6000. Roy Rogers came out same day called, fixed unit for $400. Will never use any other service again.
