This company was awesome very professional great customer service. Very helpful gave a lot of great advice on how to care for our equipment and save money on utility bills. Was extremely quick getting us an appointment. Would recommend to everyone.
THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!! I came home on a Friday, Labor Day weekend at that at 4 in the afternoon and it was 95 degrees in my house! I called Roy Rogers and he came out to my house and got my a/c working again. He didn't try and sell me a new a/c and furnace unit like most companies do. The prices were EXCELLENT and I will definately do business with him again. I can't imagine using anybody else other than Roy Rogers for my heating and air needs again.
I called for an air conditioning repair for my rental property on a Friday night and he was able to be out there for my tenants as soon as possible! Made it out first thing the next morning (offered to come that night) and did the repair for a very reasonable price and then called me to explain what he did since I couldn't be there. Great customer service! I will use him again!
This was by far an experience I was not expecting. I went into this very skeptical because I knew (or thought I knew) the price would be high and overpriced for whatever I needed done. I researched who to call and on advice of a friend I contact Roy by email and he promptly called me back. He came out and looked at my system the very same day we talked. No air conditioning looking all day for service and finally found roy rogers heating and air. He arrived within thirty minutes. He had my air back on in two hours He left my house at 11:30pm . GREAT service tech . The Repair fit my budget. Thanks Roy!!!!!!
Roy came on short notice on a Saturday afternoon, fixed the problem, showed us how to clean the A/C unit, gave us some other tips about setting the thermostat and didn't try to sell us things that we didn't need. The price was very reasonable and he seemed honest, trustworthy and very professional. I would definitely recommend Roy Rogers Heating and Air. I will definitely use him in the future for my investment properties as well.
Roy arrived in a timely fashion, fixed the problem, and didn't charge an arm&leg like the other guys. I would recommend him for any HVAC job. He did a great job thanks Roy.
