Roy was amazing. Called him because I was told that our unit needed to be replaced and it was too small. We bought a unit and he agreed to put it in. When he arrived, I unit we had purchased was all wrong. He took the time to explain why and gave us an amazing deal on the correct unit with instillation. It was over memorial weekend and he wasnt able to put it in till that Tuesday, but he fixed the old unit temporally so we could have air over the warm weekend. Didn't even charge for it. Roy came out and got my air going while we still wait on the parts to make the fix permanent. Best part is he didn't charge me for getting is running and his quote for the final fix is A Lot less than any other quote we got!

I needed my A/C repaired, after trying to get someone to answer the phone and just getting the push the number buttons if you want so and so. Then not getting a call back I tried Roy Rogers LLC and got through immediately talked to Roy himself.He said he could come out after he was done where he was . Once he showed up, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts required to fix the problem and made another appointment to install said parts. Proffesional, fast, clean & AFFORDABLE!! I HIGHLY reccomend Roy Rogers Heating & Air! I called him at 6 a.m. thinking I would get a business answering machine but Roy himself answered & scheduled a service call. We were not home when he first arrived but by the time we got there he had already assessed our AC unit & diagnosed the problem. He had the part in his van & we had our AC running within minutes! What can I really say EXCEPT Roy is a very professional and thorough individual. My husband and I was especially pleased with the way he handled things. Roy showed up and immediately got busy on replacing the old with the new. His attitude towards things really proved how "involved" he was in the process. Memorial Day was the most trying day for me this year. I had no air conditioning, it was super hot and I was miserable. I called several places to get my ac serviced. What I found was that the prices were so expensive and even if I could afford the prices... no one could make it to my home until the next day. In my misery and frustration, I gave up.
