Roy Rogers Heating and Air is the best. My central air went out the morning of the 4th of July 2012. I called made a call to three heating and air serives companines and only Mr. Roy Rogers called me back the same day. He promptly arrived at his stated time, asked to speak with my husband and diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly. We were only charged the price $129 for the service call. Called at 6:30pm on a Friday and had made appointment for 5:30pm on a Saturday. He gave me a great price on a repair and didn't try to overcharge me or even charge extra to come on the weekend. It's rare to find a company that is as honest and provides great quality at a fair price these days, but I 'm glad I found Roy!
I called for service at 7:45 pm on June 28th and my AC was working at 9:30 pm that night. These guye are no nonsense repairmen with great customer service. And their rates are very reasonable. Roy Rogers Heating and Air is my Service go to place from now on.
I appreciate the honesty Roy and his crew had when coming out to fix my AC. There was no overcharge or trying to get me to buy parts that were not needed. He and his staff were extremely freindly and made themselves available on Friday evening when most other service companies would have been packing up.
Roy came to my house at 11:00 pm to make sure our air conditioning was working becuase it was such a hot day! I was so impressed by the level of concern he displayed for me an my young family.It is hard to find a businessman who is who is honest, reliable, responsive and thorough ... that is Roy Rogers!

Roy is very professional and knowledgable about the A/C sytems he deals with on a daily basis as well as empathetic to the custumers needs. We called on Memorial Day afternoon and he was there the next day to determine what our problem was. After a close examination of the A/C and heater showed that a replacement was needed he replaced the entire unit in less than 5 hours. It's Memorial Day Weekend and 95F outside and our AC dies. I call our heating and air company and they can't help us until the next evening. Roy Rogers was able to come over right away, diagnosis the problem, explain the needed repairs, and make us very comfortable. I can't say enough about his professionalism, experience, attention to customer service, and no-nonsense approach. It's all very refreshing!
