This was a great experience! Roy came right out when I called to see if he could fix our air that went out. He fixed it temporarily until the part he ordered came in then he came back and installed the part and he did it all at a fantastic price especially since w were low on money after being out of work. He is a very nice guy and will try to help you out as much as he can.
I highly recommend Roy Rogers!! He was awesome! I called him at 7:00 in the morning, he was at my home before noon, and we had a new air conditioner INSTALLED by 4:00! What impressed me most about Roy was that he went out of his way to work within my budget. At first trying to fix our unit, but when it was clear it couldn't be fixed, he found a way for me to get a new unit within my price range. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
AWESOME is the word for ROY ROGERS HEATING & AIR!! I would recommend him to anyone needing work on air and heating issues!! He is very thorough with doing diagnostics and explains what he finds in terms that are completely understandable to his customers! GREAT PRICE ESTIMATES compared to other estimates we also obtained. He is very timely and does excellent work, cares about his customers, and a very honest man!!
Roy visited our home over some air conditioning issues we were having! I found Roy to be very thorough in what he does, he listens to the customer and his responses are in terms that you completely understand! He is willing to help and negotiate in any way that is helpful to a customer! Most of all I found his timely arrival and patience with us to be amazing! I would recommend calling him for any heating and air issues you may have as you will be quite pleased with the outcome of his work and his work ethics!!
Roy Rogers provided GREAT service to me and my family! I was given his name by my aunt who has had great experiences with his service. I called him on a Sunday evening because my air stopped working and the temperature in my house kept rising. He was at my house within 30 minutes and had the problem solved and fixed within an hour. He was very polite and friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Roy Rogers is very professional and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
This guy is great!! We called Roy after getting home from a late work day to an 86 degree house! Roy came out in no time and not only fixed the problem, but he also showed us what was wrong, and what to do should it happen again... he was very knowledgable, polite, timely and reasonably priced!! We will keep his card and pass on his name to EVERYONE we know!!!
Excellent Service Roy Rogers provides excellent service at a reasonable cost. I would recommend him to anyone. He explains everything thoroughly and doesn't try to sell you on something that isn't needed. Great service! Called on a day with temps well over 100 degrees and Roy was at my home within an hour, in the evening at that, to diagnose the problem. Part was in first thing next morning and within 12 hours of AC out, I was back in fine running order. Very reliable, flexible and knowledgeable about the work being performed. I highly recommend his servies to any and everyone. A+++ Service and experience!
