I left this dealership as $600 lighter and with a filthy truck. If you have any way to avoid this place I strongly suggest you do.
Had my wife's Escape service and a recall taken care of. Great service department and service adviser Pat Procell. I had seen the construction under way and understood my vehicle might be dusty when I picked it up. That's kind of what you exspect at a construction site. Just a thought. Keep up the good work.

If I could give the service dept a 0 I would! Called to make an appt to get the oil changed in my uncles truck he recently bought and the lady acted like they didn't do appts & that the best time to come in so we could be in and out was at 7a.m. which is what time they opened. Got here about 7:05 and it's now 9:35 and we're STILL sitting here ��� everyone that pulled up right before us and right after us are already gone & as of about 5 mins they were just pulling the truck in to change the oil ��� did I mention I'm also 9 m... read more
These ppl had my car for three weeks be they gave me a loaner bc they were unable to diagnose my car and get me a rental thru Ford warranty. Then when I brought the loaner back they said it had scratches and are refusing to return my vehicle. I didn't scratch the car not did I see any scratches. They failed to do a walk around with me when they have me the loaner now they want me to pay to have the scratches fixed bf they will give me my car back. I'm contacting an attorney and the BBB this morning.
Ad was fantastic, found me the car I wanted in minutes.. treated like family. In and out with a fantastic deal. Ask for AD!!!
