I don’t advise you guys to have an experience with the dealership’s service section. On Nov. 16, I bought a mustang convertible, the second day I realized that there is a noise on the passenger side while driving. Plus, there was a dent on driver door and minor scratches, which i did not see during test drive. That day I told salesman about the issue and, he said service could take care of the both things. Vehicle stock #W14427 On 11/17 contacted D-Patrick about a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ 4x4. I ask 2x for the inspection report on the vehicle.The same day we test drove vehicle, vehicle had horrible shake that we thought might be a tire out of balance or tire belt separation. When we open the sun roof it stuck open and seal fell out. Trim panel by drivers seat belt falling off. Salesman was apologizing for the horrible shape of vehicle.
