went to get oil change and tires rotation every one was really helpful let me knew what they did as far as how much oil was put in check everything else on my car to make sure it's ok I think they do a great job

The service here has gotten horrible. Put truck in shop last Thurs for minor repairs 2012 Ford F 150 On Friday told me that parts were not in. Still waiting on Monday afternoon to hear status. Really sad. Never buy again
My son's suv has been at Roundtree for 6 weeks. They finally fix it but won't accept the warranty from another Ford dealer. We have made numerous calls to both service managers and still no help..my son is in the USAF stationed at Barksdale. What a poor way to treat anyone. All it will take is one phone call to get his car.
Shout out to Pat at Rountree Ford. My 6 month old Ford had to be towed in with a bad Throttle Body. Pat the service advisor got us in and and out less than half an hour! He took it right to the bay and got work started. We were coming home from vacation and were still 200 miles from home. It was 5pm when we pulled in and we were not looking forward to having to stay the night here. But now we are back on the road!

I recently purchased a new truck from Rountree Ford and had a surprisingly great experience. I had purchased my previous four cars from Jim Click Ford in Tucson, AZ. I wanted them registered in SD, my home state, but Jim Click's staff was repeatedly unable to accomplish this, leaving me to straighten out their mess.
