Small fixes....took just 1 day. Got there at 7am, was the 3rd vehicle in line. Did not get the call to pick up until after 2pm
Long but informative: On February 8, 2017, I took my 2013 Ford F150 FX4 to Orr Ford in Stonewall for an oil change. NOTE* I do not do business with this dealership but because I live around the corner, it was most convenient. When I dropped my truck off for an oil change, I asked the service rep to run a diagnostics ($100 fee at ORR Ford) as my engine light had been on. I came to look at the new Raptor. I have a huge crush on that truck. Ad Musallam gave me a full tour of the truck. I thought I knew everything about it, but he showed me more stuff I didn't know about yet. Made me want it even more. When it's time to buy, which will be this year, I'm coming back to buy it from him.
Great experience. Sam was a great salesperson and the finance guys were straight forward. There was no issues, no tissues and I left with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Maybe this review will get me a Ford baseball cap for my collection!
Enjoyed working with Janet Haynes. Nobody was pushy trying to force me into something I didn't want! Thank you guys again!
