First oil change in my 17 150 sport Mr Earl Haley took great care of me , very professional 1 hr 15 minutes no problem I'm very pleased, thanks Rountree, thank you Mr Earl!!
It's sad when you take your truck in for service and problem can't be found and it comes back with bent front bumper. Talked with management (Gary) who was very condescending and repeatedly denied they're responsibility. They were willing to help only if I changed my ford service survey. I will be emailing corporate and telling all friends to go elsewhere. Very bad dealership! GO ELSEWHERE.
Went for my first oil change in my car and they were very professional and fast. Will be going back again.
Had a coupon for 9.95 for oil change service guy talked me into 29.95 oil change but when I got the ticket he didn’t tell u about the hidden fees!!!!

Service department doesnt even deserve 1 star. Lousy Service department. Customer Service is bad there and actual service work is LOUSY. Servicee department made me regret buying a car here.
