I don’t EVER write reviews on these types of things, but I am beyond upset. Let me say that, my previous car I owned for almost 9 years and never had a single problem. Yes I know, all vehicles have their own issues. But I decided I finally wanted to upgrade to something new. I wanted something bigger than my tiny car. I was there on October 3rd for an oil change and brake job. the technician who drove my vehicle through the wash and back to the front was not wearing a mask despite covid. I left messages for someone and sent emails but had no one return a call or message. I filled out the satisfaction survey and had someone call back but I was at work. returned his call within 15 minutes, left a message asking for a call back and nothing. I will not be returning to this dealership
