Horribly disorganized.Had two vehicles that were "sold from underneath the salesman " prior to our appointment, which caused a scramble and debate on getting a comparable car. Had already filled out the Ford Motor credit application online, and then had to do a second one for a credit union because the applications couldn't be joined. The finance manager moved us out very quickly though. I assumed that a dealership in Bellevue would have the process more dialed in. RecommendedCalled and spoke with Chris the sales manager and told him what I was looking for. Within the hour he had Devan salesman call me and tell me they had found a truck that I had asked for. Within 30 minutes Devan had sent me the window sticker on the truck so I could look over it and make sure that’s what I had requested. During this time of me reviewing the window sticker Devan had already got me a trade in price and the difference I would owe. This all took place over the phone. RecommendedConsistency of service is amazing here. The service after the same has been amazing. I bought my F150 used just over 2 years ago. Every service, including the one I had just a week ago... I am treated like it was the day I was buying a new vehicle. RecommendedMatt was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the trucks, answered my many questions, went out of his way to come in on his morning off to get paperwork started for me, sat in the truck and went over every button and set up my Bluetooth phone. RecommendedWe own a new ranger and a fusion we are very pleased with the sales people snd there quality of service we have always received I must say the only issue I have ever had was the last time I was told they could no longer do the rebates that where offered I needed to do it myself not everyone is good on the computer but this would not change my opinion off Seraphin Ford
