Waited 4 hours to get battery and tire patched. Now more broken on car than when came in. they couldn’t fix on Saturday cause no one there to fix it!

Took the wife’s car in for a scary problem. In less than 12 hours Pat Procell called and they had it fixed. He is a credit to the service dept and if everyone else at roundtree displays that kind of service to its customers, Roundtree is the go to dealership. Thank you!
