Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 9 am. Was informed when I arrived at 855 am that they were very busy and it would be about 1.5 hrs. It took two hours. What is the point of making an appointment?

Rountree Ford was great in the purchase of my Ford truck. I spent SEVERAL weeks looking for a truck. After finding the truck I wanted, they were helpful with the information about the truck. They made a few polite “follow up” phone calls to inquire about my choice. After I purchased the truck, they took care of a few items that I’d wanted on the truck. I’d love to purchase from Rountree Ford again.
