They over charged me when the site said in price.
Recall work. called to schedule an appointment in September and was told the “Recall” department would call me back to set up repair. No one called. Called back and was then told to bring in, it was quick repair. Four hours in the waiting area later it was fixed. I get a call that the mechanic left toil under the hood and would I bring the car back to retrieve Roundtree’s oversight. Didn’t matter that it was a 30 minute trip back to the dealership. I carried my 2500 HD Diesel GMC Denali truck there for a new set of tires. Got a good price on the tires and installation, however the wait was quiet an ordeal. Went by there about 10:30 AM to let them know I was there for the tire install we had earlier discussed. That was to give them the two hours they said they needed to get the tires. I had to leave and returned about noon. Let them know I was back with the truck. Leaving the truck I had someone pick me up about 1:00 PM. I'd rather have Roundtree do my oil change than other places like Firestone etc. I had my oil changed about a year ago and about a month later my oil light came on and a message stating that need to change oil! I wasn't sure if it was a mistake or what. I travel a lot so I can't take chances with having car trouble on the road. So I decided from then on to not have my oil changed anywhere but Roundtree! They understand Ford's and what they need more than anyone else!
Service after the sale is non existent. All of my calls and emails were ignored until I involved their former GM (who is at another dealership) and sought advice from the BBB. Thanks to the former GM, who made a call to the current GM for me, i finally found resolution to a warranty issue. Terrible customer service. The current GM never returned a call or email. I will not shop here ever again.
