Sales process was slow, but everyone was helpful. Have take my Edge in for service twice. The first time was easy. However, the second time I took it in was for the 40,000 mile checkup & fix a tire. After some miscommunication my tire was finally fixed.

my oil was changed quickly, in spite of the busy work load. the service rep said about 2 hours, they beat that.
