great service and customer service.
No communication from so called “Advisors “. I had to keep calling to check on the progress of my car. Received my car back after 4 days with a horrendous smell that was found to be the floor mat on the drivers side only and we had to throw it away. The service advisor that accepted my car and drove it under the awning in front of the service dept, ( there was NO smell at drop off) also drove it back to me when work completed and never mentioned the horrible smell. Horrible customer service. Never again.

Personal was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle they were selling. Very pleasant and clean dealership. Would highly recommend checking out Rountree Ford when looking for a vehicle!
I had a problem with a seized locking nut on my mustang. The tire dealer I had install the tires could not get it off so I took it to Roundtree. It took most of the day but the guys in the shop were able to remove the nut without drilling, chiseling, or more importantly destroying the finish on my wheel. The best service advisor on the planet, Caley Poovey, was the absolute best. She understood I was a nervous wreck over my car and made sure I stayed informed throughout the entire process.
