I had a recall on my air bag, after the Ford co sent me a letter saying that Rountree had the part in I started calling to get appointment. I started calling in October, they never called me back. After calling in Nov.and no calls returned I called Ford Motor Co.,in March after they called twice to Rountree I finally got appointment. Thanks to Ford Motors I got my recall fixed April 23rd. The service was done in half a day and they were very nice
Customer service was outstanding and repairs were quick and easy
