Fast and friendly service
My service rep was very helpful and pleasant. I arrived at 8:45 and I would suggest a sign out front that you need to walk into the desks for check in. I am use to a rep being out front or walking out within a few minutes. I was aware after I walked in all reps were busy at desks The wait was not to long after I walked in. We are long time customers of Rountree multiple car purchases during many years. I appreciate the car wash you now offer.
If you are ever around Shreveport LA and have issues with your vehicle Ernest recommends Roundtree Ford-Lincoln. People were friendly and compassionate that our Lincoln stalled traveling through the city and prompt to get it running for us. Great place.
