Terrible customer service! We were promised that Roundtree would pay for our rental vehicle in full. We've been getting the run-around for almost three weeks! STILL WAITING FOR OUR CHECK!!!
Had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Roundtree Ford. Although a used car...Lauri and Chris provided great customer service and worked effortlessly to get us in and out as quick as they could. They both have the ability to build great rapport in a short period of time. I felt comfortable and had genuine conversations while getting our paperwork completed. My wife has been waiting to have an oil change for 3 hrs, 3 hrs! She made an appointment, showed up early, and is still waiting. We will NEVER be back to Roundtree for anything at all! I can’t imagine trying to buy a vehicle there.
Poor customer service. Once they get their money good luck getting any quality assistance.
I had a great experience today as I purchased my first car. Zach and Bo were both GREAT to work with and very patient. They answered every question I had and questions I didn’t know I had.
