My daughter car is 2 years old and has 17,000 miles on it. The paint is coming off the front bumper and I bought extra coverage on it. I took it up to rountree ford and they took pics of it and told my they would get back with me it took them about a month. They told me that they would not cover to fix it because somebody is smart enough to be able to tell that a rock caused it to chip the paint from looking at a pic I CALL THAT BS.
