Lack of urgency, I loose $600 a day without my explorer, I checked in at 8:00 am Monday morning wanting a quick check to see what was wrong, 5 minutes if that long ! I didn’t leave until after 4:00 pm!!! . lack of communication, was told it would be ready on Tuesday morning, I called at 10:30 to get a shuttle ride after checking out of my hotel, 10 minutes later I was told still waiting on parts, they wouldn’t be in till Wednesday so my car wouldn’t be ready till Wednesday. That place is a joke ........
I bought a Ford Edge from them and will never shop there again. They were very very willing to sell me an extended warranty but once they sell it they could care less. They have had my vehicle a week now and I called today and they have not even looked at it. They said hopefully they will get to it in the next couple of days. I asked about it covering a loaner car and they told me that it would but I could not get it until they checked out my car and made sure it was covered under the warranty they sold me. Do not use service department here. My car been over there ever month since first of year. Same problem they trying to fix. been there for weeks at a time. I don’t know what has happen to Roundtree but soon as I get my car back. Going buy me another car and sure not a Ford. Roundtree service department seen to that. I don’t know if sales department has gotten as bad as service department or not. But when you buy car from a place you usually want it serviced at same place.
This a great place to buy a vehicle the salespeople are awesome Ms Laurie Williams was mine an let me tell ya she know her stuff I highly recommend her, I’m very happy with my new truck and the services her and everyone here gave me. Y’all come check Roundtree out.
lousy service department. waiting nearly 2 weeks to get car back. phone calls rarely returned. no estimated time of completion or even if the problem has been found.
The salesperson who assisted me was honest and cared about what I wanted. He explained everything to me and gave me options. He didn’t pressure me at all. Buying the vehicle was totally my decision. I would like to management to be more concerned about the customer. If a used vehicle comes with assessories and those assessories we’re taken out of the vehicle, replace them. Be fair with the customer.
