By telling the truth to their customers. By far one of my worst experiences dealing with a dealership.
The people that wait on you are fine , but apparently the technicians are another story , my car has been in the shop like at least 4 times for the same thing the AC . It kinda torques me as I spent 74,000 for a car that the ac continually breaks . I have an 89 Chevy truck that I fixed the ac on , and is more reliable .
The staff is exceptionally polite and professional. However, 2 HOURS for a simple oil change is ridiculous. When an appointment is made in advance, there is no reason for this simple service to take this long.

It was a good one took less time to get it done than I was told
Good luck getting their garbage service advisors to ever even return a phone call. They have a full group of neophyte clowns 🤡 and one hero (Pat Procell) working in the service aisle. Rountree operates like it’s the early 80s. They hold the keys to your trade hostage and try to hard sell you at sticker, minus rebates, like people don’t have access to the endless information on the internet.
