Took my I took my F-150 truck for 25k servicing, appointment was for 1130 was not told about an 1145 meeting so ended up finishing around 310. I was not happy as I wasn't told in advance of this. An oil change only takes 20 minutes, tire rotation another 30 minutes, fluid top off maybe 20 minutes, so why in the world did it take 3 1/2 hours? Call the customer and let them know before their appointment so they can take action. ifIf you have nothing to do, then fine wait 3 1/2 hours, but most of us don't want to wait like that... read more

Pat Procell did a great job explaining my problem and the time it would take to get part and approximately how long process would take he set me up with replacement vehicle due to the time I would be without vehicle- kept me updated on progress & got me my car as soon as they could! No complaints

The car service today was quick. I’m very pleased too with my service advisor, Victor. He’s very courteous and helpful. 👍
Your service department needs to stick to their commitment. If you tell me it will be fixed on Thursday then I should get my vehicle back on Thursday. And don’t text me and tell me if I have any questions to reply to the text. That was a joke because the service consultant never text me back. Also don’t have me come in and have to show you the quote you emailed me while trying to charge me more than the quote you sent me.
