Too busy up selling services and not doing the services I brought it in for. Then as always the price was higher than quoted. Asked about filling out the reward card for future discounts on parts and services and was told it was too late to do. Should have drove back to where I bought the truck. Also told on phone if I bought the high end battery there would be no charge for installation. Guess what. 40 bucks more
Excellent service. Costa was an informative salesman and went out his way to show us car options that met our current need. Chris in the business office shopped to get us the best rate on our loan and to discuss warranty options.
