Rountree ford employees are invariably helpful and courteous. Last visit I needed help finding numbers I needed for a recall which was done quickly so I didn’t have to wait

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, to check on a leak in a tire and a tire rotation. I get a call and they say I need windshield wipers, a filter and need a rim for my front right tire. The windshield wipers on my car are brand new and my filter is a K&N. I let them know this and when they tell me that the rim will cost 178.00, I decide to go to a few tire shops to see about the rim. I find out that my rim is not bent and the only thing I needed was two tires fixed because of a nail in each of the tires. One was on the ... read more

I stopped by for some car maintenance late in the day, and I didn’t have an appointment set up. Stephen was very accommodating and worked me in. He was so nice, even went out of his way and washed the car for me. I feel like I received superior service that is so rare these days! I will call him next time I need something for my car. For sure. Thanks Stephen for such a pleasant experience!!!

They had my car 2 weeks before they even looked at it. I have a mechanical Policy with Ford that I bought when I purchased my car which didn’t cover the repairs that needed to be done. There were 2 holes in my radiator, I have no idea how they got there. They tried to blame it on the birds. If a bird can peck a hole in a radiator it is not any good to start with. It took all week to fix. They had my car 18 days my policy covered a car rental that didn’t Happen either. So I paid for a policy that did nothing for this service ... read more

signed papers and gave a down pmt on a truck on saturday! here we are on Wednesday and have been told they do not have a deal and truck needs to be returned- we added wheels, tires, tint, exhaust, etc to said truck and was informed we will NOT be refunded for what we put into it! we SIGNED papers!! this is obviously their mess up, not ours. on top of that when we asked what the problem was, and we showed proof, the GM still refused to do any more business with us

My car was towed due to over heating. It’s been there almost 3 weeks. Found the problem 5 days later and replaced the thermostat. In process my shifting cable got broke. Yes by the dealership..No communication at all.. I’ve been told different stories.. Definitely the worst experience.. They finally admitted today they broke the cable shift instead trying to blame the towing company.. Shame. Shame. Shame. So here’s the dilemma they have 4 stalls for transmission work which are all full with cars they pulled the transmission ... read more
