I feel that Rountree Ford - Lincoln is selling cars that are LEMONS. On my attachment my Daughter’s car which I co-sign on begin to have problems. After the car was taken to Rountree for the first oil change and check the car started loosing oil. When we took it back we were told that it was going to cost $2,245.49 with an additional$111.52 for a sensor on the tire which non of this was found earlier. they could offer me a loaner while they fix the things they messed up on my truck when they had it in for repairs the first time for almost a month... theybe had it again this time for a week still haven't even diagnosed what they messed up .... my truck was fully functional when I brought it to them just leaking diff fluid... they replaced the whole rear end, kept it for 3 weeks waiting on parts charged me almost 4 grand and gave me my truck back with 4x4 not working .... they tried to play like that they didn't do it it wa... read more

We inquired about a vehicle on the website. After speaking with a manager decided to fill out the credit application then started to head up there. On our way we received a call that the vehicle we wanted had minor damage and was going to auction. There was no possibility of a customer buying it even if they didn’t want it fixed. I was assured that no hard credit pull was ran and then was talked to about buying a new vehicle instead of used and doubling our payment budget which I was very clear wouldn’t happen. Extremely hard to get a service rep to answer the phone. Poor communication. Was told by manager that car was ready to pick up. Drove to dealership and car was not ready. Service rep was cordial.
