I took my vehicle for a routine oil change and tire rotation. My advisor, Steven, notified me that one of my tires had a split in the interior sidewall. I was disappointed that the one hour wait was going to be longer since they had to go pick up a tire, but he kept me posted on the progress and got me safely back on the road faster than expected. Thanks for preventing me from being stranded with a flat unexpectedly! I appreciate the great service!

Horrible service department. I understand they are operating with a skeleton crew, but I’ve been trying to get pickup and delivery service for over a month and a half. The first appointment was canceled at the time of the appointment, and the second was not entered as a pickup. Service rep argued that she had left me a message trying to reschedule, but that’s a load of crap. Also never returned phone messages because she “never got a message”. Rountree Ford is okay I guess, but the problem they have is the body shop that they use hasn’t turned out Quality work on two different vehicles . As for as service ( oil change ) is fine , Mr.Pat will treat you right .
