Rountree Ford is terrible. Have made 2 separate appointments and have still had to wait over an hour and a half just for a simple oil change. I dont recommend using Rountree Ford for anything other than a waste of your time.
I’ve been a customer since 1994 and I’ve been satisfied with my purchases (4) and the service received.
Hey Rountree, sometimes it's ok to listen to your customers and take their advice. In the long run it could save you some trouble and prevent customers from getting frustrated with your process. Nothing is worse then dealing with someone that thinks they have all the answers and then do "Zero" homework to correct it or validate it. Very frustrating to say the least, I am going to hold off on filling out and submitting your survey questionnaire,.
