We brought our car in for service at the end of July and the last time we heard from them was August 4 when they said “I’ll get on it ASAP.” We’ve been patient knowing thing are slower due to Covid-19, but here it is two months later with NO contact from them. After searching relentlessly online to find the perfect vehicle for my family, I found it at Rountree Ford. Due to reading mostly positive reviews and having never dealt with the dealership before, it seemed like a great find! ❗️WARNING ❗️ Do not take your vehicle to Roundtree Ford. I had my car towed there in order to be fixed. I had nothing but problems the whole time. It was towed on a Tuesday and I was told it would be looked at by that Friday. I called the following week to check in and see what’s going on. At first I was told they didn’t even have my car. This is shocking and scary since my car was towed there. It took them over 2 hours to even locate my car.
