Drove 2 hours stayed there Friday night I. Shreveport. Got up was going to get a Ford Lariat “used”. They drove it around, had a huge, deep scratch on it, Tail light busted, brakes squeaked, and tailgate latch opened was missing. Finance Manager came out there and said he will sell that truck as it is, wasnt fixing anything, and price is set in stone. Thankfully I am on the emailing list and was able to take advantage of the great savings on my oil change....also needed a new air filter and new battery... I was aware of both these before going in... Spencer and the young girl als working Saturday was most helpful with all my questions.. I have bought two trucks there over the years and I may venture out for a quick oil change or minor issues but .... it seems I always go back ... Thank you for taking care of my truck !

Spencer in the service department was awesome!
Service department is awful and rude! We had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation at 9 was was there for 2 1/2 hours with our 2 year old! Staff needs better customer service and communication ! Not sure why we had an appt and still had to wait that long. We did get it for free and we thank them for that but it shouldn’t take that long.

very friendly Jamie took real good care of me while I was there to get my oil change done and when my air and cabin filters needed to be change she let me know so I could get them done and I was on my way very happy
