I will NEVER buy another thing from Rountree Ford - Lincoln in Shreveport again. It has been the most exhausting journey from start to finish. The sales manager has literally brought me to tears because they were going to lose $200 because I wanted to stop the paperwork and go through my own bank for a lower interest rate.
