The service desk is rude. My truck was given the recall update for F150s that was supposed to take care of the spontaneous downshifting problem. Once I left my truck that was not shifting hard at all now shifts hard between 1st and 2nd gear. I called them back and they said my service advisor would call me back after lunch. Still waiting for a call back a day later. They must give 2 day long lunch breaks. Made a last minute appointment for a regular oil check and inspection. I was grateful for Kevin Holland as my advisor. He provided useful tips for some up coming plans with my car, which saved me money and kept my car safe. In the past other advisors did not give me a pleasant vibe; with Kevin I felt comfortable and at ease. I’ve been here multiple times and has always been quick with great customer service. This time... was NOT GOOD. Pulled in @ 955 AM (1000 appointment) & waited for about 10 mins till somebody came to check on me. The girl asked if I’d been helped yet and I told them no. She then said ok, just sit here for a bit or go in side if you like for somebody to get ya set up. Had my 50000 mile maintenance done. They were nice and did the work quickly. They even washed my car for me.
They treat you well . They know there vehicles.
Took car in for routine service. They did a great job and even washed it. Would recommend them.
Was greeted at door and put us with a salesperson that knew everything about the 2018-19 Lincoln Navigator and found the vehicle we were looking for. Thanks Laurie Williams for your help and knowledge and thanks to all the staff we came in contact with, making it a very nice and relaxing purchase.
