Great service and very friendly
I’ve owned my F-150 since March 2011. At that time I was introduced to Pat Procell, my Service Advisor.. I have always had great service at Rountree, until the deadly Takata airbag recall. I had to turn my car in to get a loaner. It was housed on an open lot from April to December. I had to pay for a new battery and installation, because no one ran the engine. The leather was so dry that the detail took 3 1/2 hours at $100. Two radio speakers split in the intense summer heat, and they want over$500 to replace them.
