Recently had Rountree perform 5k mile maintenance. Also asked that they check the USB port which did not consistently engage CarPlay and I'd received a recall notice which they needed to complete. After keeping my truck 2/3rd's of the day, they called saying the truck was ready. Upon arriving and asking about the repair work, the only thing completed was the 5k mile maintenance. Heather Floyd was my Service Advisor and she worked hand in hand with me concerning an extended warranty issue I purchased through a company name Red Auto Protection and although I could not get the claim I had with Red Auto Protection Heather produced all information that was associated with my vehicle. I would call her and if she was not at her desk I would leave a message and she would call me back very quickly! I highly recommend Heather for your Service Advisor, she is very knowledgeable and very patient with a smile.
