Rountree lost a returning customer. I was currently in market to buy a vehicle. The associate didn’t listen to anything that I wanted. Was very unprofessional and disrespectful with my spouse when discussing price and options. Was told I couldn’t see the dealer Invoice. The three other dealers I had contacted had no problem to show their prices and what they did to make it the best price for me. I will not recommend this dealership anymore.
Service was fast and accurate Staff was business like. They went out of their way to be friendly and meet my needs.
