We had a great experience at Rountree. Jennifer was our sales person. She met us at the front door and was so very knowledgeable about all the inventory. She was very friendly and professional. We were impressed by the whole team at Rountree.
The parts (tires) were there when I arrived. My van was taken back promptly and the tires were mounted and balanced and installed on my van. The technician also found a nail in one of my other tires and got that repaired as well in a very timely manner. I was out in a flash!
Took our truck in for The Works. Car wash was to be included, verbally confirmed at the time of drop off, and it was not washed. Their solution; Bring it back. Time being a factor and service being scheduled on a rare day off from work makes this not an acceptable option and they were unwilling to provide coupon or reimbursement for a car wash.
