Pat in the service department does a great job. Does what he says will do, when he says he will do it. Keeps me informed.

I had a great experience with the service department. I wanted an oil change and several inspections. When I got there Trista listened to my concerns and told me approximately how long it would take and I was not disappointed. When my car was ready she came and got me and took me to check out and explained the work that was done and about what my vehicle would need in the future and showed it to me on my completion paperwork. Thanks Rountree.

Came in to change battery. All went well, but my only problem ever with service department is they take to long to do things that should only take 30 minutes or less. Other then that, it's all good.
