Pat Procell is great. He always takes care of me and always makes sure our vehicle is properly taken care of and in a very timely manner. Went to Wray to get an oil change earlier this week and was told it was a 2 hour wait. Took our truck to Pat at Rountree this morning and was out in about an hour. Very proud to do business with them.
Im never going there again.They charge me for valve replacing $428 dollars. Its was coil pack that needed to be replaced i told them that when i first got there. They were going to charge me another $400 for coil pack. Wasted two days an check engine light still on.

So I spent many years growing up to see the type of customer service they provided for him. And it has been the same for me.
