BUYER BEWARE I started taking care of my ninety-year-old blind grandmother and my mother with stage 4 cancer, I also have a 10 year old autistic little boy so my 2011 Mazda 3 with 50,000 miles on it was way too small and I was looking for something with more room. They're extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like part of the family. I had an amazing experience.
Bought a Jeep off them. A year later and I’m almost 3-4K deep in work this thing needs. Upon leaving the dealership the check engine light came on. Now, after they just had my car for a week I get it back and it’s overheating. Paid for a car I cannot drive. They wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee for something they did. My brakes have gone out numerous times, mind you I have 2 small children. Would NOT recommend this dealership! I will be perusing legal counsel.

If I could give my experience with Dpatrick Ford Lincoln 0 stars I absolutely would. I came in on Monday the 16th of November for a coolant leak. They repaired the hose, allegedly and it only cost me $325. Awesome, I know! The next day Tuesday the 17th of November it’s leaking again. I call in and speak with Lisa. She was very apologetic and told me to bring it in and they would take care of it right away. I was called and told that a fitting had backed out and that was the reason for the leak.
